This is for an old-fashioned Lee's brand Corn Cutter & Creamer. It has a 17" inch hardwood base & a stainless-steel cutter. It cuts both whole kernel & cream style corn - no mess, no splatter. For whole kernel corn, you raise the blade to the desired height, remove the shredder, lay the corn down & slide it one time across the cutter. With the quick motion of your wrist, you turn the corn about 1" inch and slide it through the cutter again - 4-6 strokes usually cuts all of the kernals off of the cob. For cream style corn, you raise the blade to barely clip off the top of the grain & leave the shredder on - set the scrapper high enough to scrape the milk from the cob, and repeat the process 4-6 times. Brand new in the package. Shipping is $5.25
